Fry was there in my hour of need! Five days before closing the property sale the air conditioning system had a leak and froze into a block of ice! I made my service call to Fry and their technician was there later that day to evaluate the repair. However, due to the age of the equipment a new unit and lines was recommended. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and extended great customer service. We discussed price options, and I made my decision for a new unit. Fry was aware of my time constraints for the pending house sale. The next morning the installation crew arrived with their well equipped truck and went to work. The new unit was installed and the job site, both inside and outside was clean. The new paperwork and instructions was professionally attached to the unit downstairs for the new owner. So within 48-hours of my initial call to Fry, everything was professionally done and the home sale proceed as scheduled. I would gladly recommend this company for service of your heating and air conditioning needs.
They are professional, honest, and courteous technicians and service people that care about their customers.
