   Steve was thorough and good, showed pictures of what the issues were and promptly fixed them.  It was a bit more of a problem getting an appointment booked but this was due to new people in the office

   We had Evan out today after waking up to our bedroom floor soaking wet. Fry responded very quickly and he was out within a couple of hours. He thoroughly looked through our ceiling, made multiple trips up and down the stairs to turn our water off and on and offered his best opinion and advice on how we should move forward with the water leak.    Mark was prompt, listened to the issue, and was able to quickly fix the AC. He also gave some input on the age of the system and what is involved in replacing it.

   We had a leaking toilet. I called Fry and they came out the same afternoon. It took Evan about 40 mins to fix the issue. He was thorough at explaining things, and very polite. Toilet is all fixed and it was headache free
